Policies

1. Cancellations: All cancellations or reschedules must be made more than 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment via email or text only. Any changes within that 24 hour window will be charged in full. Please give as much notice as possible to any changes needed.

2. No-Show: Failure to show up for scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount.

3. Please arrive on time for appointments. There is no waiting room, so if you arrive early, you may either shop in the boutique, grab a calming cup of tea at the coffee shop across the street, or quietly wait outside the door if another session is in progress. Any late arrivals are not guaranteed the full scheduled time and will still be charged the full fee.

4. While we love children and pets, please leave them at home for your session (unless specifically requested and approved). There is occasionally a quiet shop-dog in the studio, so please let us know if you would prefer he not be present.

5. By booking an energy-work session, you acknowledge that while this process can do incredible things, there are no guarantees of experience. My clients have a range of experiences, and it may take multiple sessions to work through specific areas of focus. There is no quick fix, and Reiki is intended to be a complement to other self care practices.
